Obituary of Nicola Basciano

Basciano Nicola (Nick) on Wed. June 27 at his late residence, peacefully with his beloved family at his side. Nick is the dearest husband of Mary, loving Dad of Mark and Ang, Michelle and Marty, loving Nonno Yik of Michaela and Markus, special pal to Kaitlin and Michael, brother of Domenica and the late Antonio Memme, Peter and Giovanna, Lina and Fiore Memme, loving son-in-law of Carmine and Anna Memme, survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Nick was member of St. Julia Church and a good friend to the community of Niagara. Nick is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel 585 Carlton St. until Sat. at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Julia Church at 10a.m. with Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil Prayers for the Deceased will be held in the funeral home on Fri. at 8:30 p.m. Visiting hours Thurs. 6-9 p.m. and Fri. 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Memorial remembrances to Wellspring Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
