Obituary of Frank Oliver

OLIVER FRANK E. F. (B.Phm) After a brief illness, Frank Oliver passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2002 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Survived by his loving wife Margaret of 56 years, son Ronald and his wife Julie of St. Catharines, daughter Lynda and husband Drew, grandsons Jim amd Ray of Brampton and sister Lorraine (Sandy Cove Acres). Frank Oliver came to St. Catharines after graduating from the University of Toronto in Pharmacy. Frank worked in retail pharmacy before joining the staff of the Hotel Dieu Hospital, where he worked until his retirement in 1984. The family also wish to express their sincere thanks to the staff of both the General Hospital ER and the Loyalist residence for their assistance in a time of family stress. Frank is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A chapel service will be conducted on Saturday at 9:30am. with interment in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Hotel Dieu Hospital Foundation. would be appreciated by the family.
