Obituary of Mary Margaret MacLennan

MacLENNAN (Cukier), Mary Margaret (Marg) _ On Friday, April 12, 2002, in her 69th year. Dearly loved wife of Robin, cherished mother of Wendy Cukier, Debbie (Cukier) Evans, Katharine Cukier, Linda MacLennan, Nana Fairy to Sarah, Madeleine, Sam and Marguerite. Marg worked at the Pelham Road Health Centre for 28 years, mainly for Drs. Ditor and Samson, and will be terribly missed by colleagues and friends. She was a member of the Star of the Sea in Port Dalhousie and an active volunteer. Resting at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines, The family will receive friends Sunday, April 14th, 2-4 p.m. and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The funeral will take place Monday, April 15th, at 10:30 a.m. at the Star of the Sea, 34 Elgin Street, Port Dalhousie, St. Catharines followed by interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flower tributes, the family would welcome donations to the Margaret MacLennan Community Service Fund. The family would also like to express its gratitude to the nurses, physicians and staff at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, The Shaver Rehabilitation Centre, The Hamilton General Hospital and The Hamilton Regional Cancer Centre.
