Obituary of Judith Ann Edgar

EDGAR, Judith Ann (nee Essex) Passed away at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, on Thursday, April 11th, 2002 at the age of 61, after a long struggle with cancer. Beloved wife of Maurice 'Moe' Edgar and loving mother of Warren and his wife Nancy of Oakville, and Mitchell of Vancouver, B.C.. Grandma will be very, sadly missed by her loving granddaughters Alexandra, Victoria and Julia. Predeceased by her parents Alfred and Lorraine Essex of Burlington, ON. Will be missed by her cousin Ron Elliott of Sydney, Australia. Special thanks to the nursing staff of the oncology and palliative care wards of the Hotel Dieu Hospital, Dr. B. P. Findlay, Sister Louise and Monsinor Pizzacalla. Mrs. Edgar is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Monday at 9:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celbrated at St. Julia's Church on Monday at 10:00am. Rite of Committal at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery. Visitation Saturday 7-9pm and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Vigil Prayers will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 2:30pm.
