Bradbury, Dorothy A. Peacefully at home in her sleep on Monday, April 8, 2002. Dorothy Bradbury 75 years of age. Beloved wife of Stanley, loving mother of David and Theresa Bradbury of Utopia, Susan and Frank Pugliese of Mississauga, Hazel and Tony Armstrong of Sherwood Park, Alberta, Alan and Cheryl Bradbury of Brampton, dear grandma and nana of Andrea, Chrystal, Lindsey, Anthony, Annette, Justin and Alexandra, dear sister of Thomas Ball of England, sister-in-law of Margaret Jackson of Gloucster, England. Will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in England, U.S.A. and Australia. Mrs. Bradbury was born in Yarraville near Melbourne, Australia on January 31, 1927. Lived in Daysdale, Australia until she was 2.5 then she was brought up in Banks and then Sourthport Lancs., England. She came to Canada in June 1957 where she raised 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys coming to St. Catharines in June 1988 where she was blessed with 7 grandchildren. Mrs. Bradbury was a longtime member of Dunlop Senior Citizens and took part in several of their activities. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at the George Darte North Chapel, 585 Carlton St. on Saturday, April 13, 2002 at 10 a.m. with interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Family would appreciated no flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Research Fund, Pro Wellness Health Services, Hospice Niagara or charity of your choice. Many thanks to Hotel Dieu Oncology, nurses, staff and Doctors; also Dr. Wong, Dr. Hyatt, Dr. Findley, Dr. Hartman and their assisstants.
