Obituary of June Wild

WILD, June Peacefully after a short battle with cancer on Tuesday, April 30th at the Hotel Dieu-Shaver in her 79th year. Predeceased by her cherished husband Brian. Much loved mother of Gary (Kathy), Martin (Bonnie), Janine (Allan) Moore, Kathryn (Guy) Iapichino, and loving grandmother of Katelynn, DeAndra, Scott, Colin, Samantha, Mathew, Julia and Lucas. Also survived by her brother Cyril (Nora) Cooper. The family extends sincere thanks to the entire staff of the Hotel Dieu-Shaver for their care and compassion over the past several weeks. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, May 3rd from 12-12:45pm. A memorial service to celebrate June's life will follow in the funeral home chapel at 1pm. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Hotel Dieu-Shaver would be appreciated by the family.
