Obituary of Marie Phyllis Burke

Burke, Marie Phyllis Peacefully at Mount Carmel Home on Wednesday, January 30, 2002. Marie Burke 83 years of age. Wife of the late Patrick, loving mother of Bill and Frances Burke of Timmins, Peter and Lorraine Burke of Chelmsford, Terry and Sandra Burke of St. Catharines, Donna and Rene Ladouceur of St. Catharines, Michael and Sheron Burke of St. Catharines, Patricia and James LaBine of Timmins, Barbara and Richard Sopotyk of St. Catharines, Sheila Matthews of St. Catharines, John and Lisa Burke of Grimsby. She will be sadly missed by many grandchildren and all great grandchildren. Survived her sister Isabelle Larsen of South Porcupine and her brother Ray Charbonneau of Hamilton, her sister-in-law Catherine Burke of Timmins. Predeceased by her brothers Jack, Bud, Ted and Bill. Funeral arrangements are being held in St. Catharines at George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. on Saturday with cremation to follow. Interment will be held in Timmins at a later date. Memorial Remembrances to Tender Wishes Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
