BOCCIA, Lucia (Brocollo)
On Friday, January 25th, 2002 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at the age of 64. Beloved wife of the late Carlo (June 25, 2001). Loving mother of Rosemary (Winston) Bigelow, Lenny (Anna) Gualtieri, Mike (Kim) Gualtieri, Mimma (Tom) York, Russ (Eileen) Gualtieri, Lucy Gualtieri, and the late Amelia Gualtieri (1993). Predeceased by her parents Rose & Michael , and brothers Mario, Brocollo, John , and Vince, and brother-in-law John. Also survived by her sister-in-law Gilda & Joseph Perrone. Survived by her sister Rosina, and sisters-in-law Mary, Mary, and Vera. Grandmother of Frankie, Sean, Michael, Andrea, Riley, Christopher, Michaela, Jennifer, Krystal Leanna, Karlee, Sabrah, R.J., Michael jr.. Great Grandmother of Justin, Deatiny and Brandon. Mrs. Boccia will be sadly missed by many nieces & nephews. Mrs. Boccia was a member of St. Alfred's Church.
Mrs. Boccia is reting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday at 9:00am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church on Tuesday at 9:30am. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 7-9pm and Monday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Vigil Prayers will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 7pm. If so desired, donations to the Hotel Dieu Dialysis Unit would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Dr. Shimizu, Joanne Wintermute, Sister Louise Dillon, all the nurses and staff in the Dialysis Unit at the Hotel Dieu Hospital for their kindness and care.
