Obituary of Waltraud (Trudy) Gertrud Eitze

EITZE, Waltraud (Trudy) Gertrud Passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus, with her family at her side, on Tuesday, January 1st, 2002 at 9:20am, at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Loving wife of Hans Eitze for almost 50 years. Beloved mother of Sylvia and her husband Stan Pogrebski, and Juergen (Jerry) Eitze and his wife Barbara. Dear Omi (grandmother) of Lori and her husband Jason Boucher of Ottawa, Greg, Trudy, Chris, Nicole, Rebecca, and Matthew. Dear Great grandmother of Tref. Survived by stepbrothers Achim, Klaus, Gunther, and stepsister Lore of Germany. Mrs. Eitze is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Friday at 9:00pm. A Funeral Service to celebrate Mrs. Eitze's life will be held at Central Gospel Temple (240 Scott St.) on Saturday at 9:30am. Interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 7-9 & Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Millenium Building Fund at Heidehof would be appreciated by the family.
