Obituary of Major Dorothy Lewis

Lewis, Dorothy Major Peacefully with her husband by her side on Thursday, December 13, 2001 at the Hamilton General Hospital. Loving wife of Major Russell Lewis for over 52 years. Beloved mother of Lori Carol Lewis, and Dorothy Karen and her husband Steve Soudbash. Adored Nanna of Cameron, Andrew, and Stewart. Major Dorothy Lewis was a retired officer of the Salvation Army having served for over 52 years across Canada and with the Canadian forces in Germany. Major Lewis is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., until Tuesday at 10am. Funeral Service will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel at 10:30am. Interment will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto. Visiting hours Monday 7-9pm.
