Obituary of Stephanie Sapielak

SAPIELAK STEPHANIE Passed away peacefully, on Sunday October 20, 2002 at Versa Care Home, in her 92nd year. Loving wife of the late Stanley (1979). Beloved mother of Joseph (Sandy), Anthony, Henry (Pat) and mother in law of Heather. Predeceased by her son Stanley (1988). Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters Susan Pleasant and Isabel (Eddie) Zdyb of Montreal and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Antonio Gorniak, sister Julie Grechan of Montreal and sister Sophie Jarosz of St. Catharines. Mrs. Sapielak is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Wednesday at 9:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 10:00am. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers for the deceased will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 7:45pm. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
