Obituary of Charles Frederick Denham

DENHAM CHARLES FREDERICK Passed away peacefully, on Monday, May 9th, 2011 at Tabor Manor, five days after his 94th birthday. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (2009). Loving father of Jim (Michelle) Denham. Cherished grandpa of Rick (Amy), Robbie, William, Victoria Cowan, and Katharine Cowan. Great grandpa of Lucas and Max. Charlie will be lovingly remembered by sister in law Vivian Barnett, nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his son John Denham (2006) and sister Violet. Charlie, a WWII Veteran, worked most of his life for Loblaw's. He was a lifelong musician who lived in Toronto and Mississauga for many years prior to moving to St Catharines in 1990. In addition to music Charlie loved to spend time at the family cottage on Lake Kushog in Haliburton. Cremation has taken place and a private family inurnment will take place in Victoria Lawn Cemetery in St. Catharines. If desired donations in Charlie's memory to the Niagara Peninsula Children's Centre may be made through the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. The family would like to thank the staff and nurses at Tabor Manor for their wonderful support and care.
