Sandonato, Maria On Wednesday, July 24 , 2002 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. 75 years of age. Loving wife of the late Giovanni (1988). Beloved mother of Anthony & his wife Sharon of Thorold, and Cosmo & his wife Linda of Calgary. Dear grandma of Mark, Angela, Michael, Melissa, and John. Mrs. Sandonato will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Mrs. Sandonato is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., until Monday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrate at St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 11am. Rite of Committal will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours Saturday 7-9pm and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 3pm. Memorial remembrances to the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
