I was shocked and very saddened to hear of Uncle George's passing. There are no words which will help you through this difficult time, but hopefully the happy memories you all share, will help in time.
I know one of my best summers was spent in Canada and I have so many happy memories of the time with the Lovies and how much fun we had!
My thoughts & prayers are with the family at this sad time.
love from June, Chester, England

We were very sad to hear the news about Uncle George. We are glad we were able to visit Canada and meet up with you, normally for a lovely meal then down to the basement! Auntie May, Rona, David, Derek and all the family - we are thinking about you all at this sad time and hope that all the good memories will help you through it. With much love, Susan, Anthony, Ryan and "the bump".

I was very sorry to hear about the sudden death of George and my thoughts are very much with May snd all the Family at this time. I have known George all the days of his marriage and know how much he will be missed. George was a loving husband, parent, grandfather and a good friend to many and he was always very proud of his family who did him great justice.
I consider myself lucky in having known George and fortunate that I have been able to visit him and enjoy his hospitality on my numerous trips to Canada and am sorry that it is not possible for me to pass on my condolences in person at this time.
I trust that all the memories of the happy times the Family have all had together may help them get through this difficult time at present and in the future.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Uncle George. Our thoughts are very much with Antie May, David, Derek and Rona. We were both pleased to meet up with George last year when Angela visited St Catherines for the first time. I have fond memories of 2 weeks staying in the basement on a holiday some years ago. I remember watching Wimbledon on tv with George who always had comment about the abilities of the players, seldom complementary. I'll be thinking of him this year.
Much love Keith and Angela.

My family and I would like to convey to May and her family our sympathy at the death of George. My late husband and I knew George for over fifty years and our families shared many happy times together here in Scotland. He was a very kind, gentle man and will be sorely missed. May God bless him and give May the help and courage to face life without him.
