Obituary of Theresa Lanteigne

LANTEIGNE, Theresa "Therese" (nee Robichaud)- passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the St.Catharines General Hospital on May 5, 2011 at the age of 67. Beloved wife of Martin for 44 years. Cherished mother of Marcel (Alia). Theresa will be sadly missed by her sisters Aline (Rheal) Lanteigne, Francienne and Gisele Robichaud and her brothers Adelard (Emilia) Robichaud ,Valier (Aline) Robichaud and Venance (Docille) Robichaud and Alvin (Claudette) Robichaud. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Eusebe (Angeline) Lanteigne, Felixine (Jean-Louis) Gionet, Edna (Gerard) Noel, Didier (Simonne) Lanteigne, Alcide (Linda) Lanteigne and Nicaise "Nick" (Brigette) Lanteigne She was predeceased by her parents Emile and Imelda Robichaud. Theresa was loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, God-children and friends. She was an active member of Filles d'Isabelle Cercle #1305 and many other clubs. She also enjoyed sewing and quilting and living life to the fullest. Her family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Sunday May 8 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at the church of Immaculate Conception on Monday at 1 p.m. with cremation to follow. Donations in Theresa's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society will be appreciated by her family.
