Obituary of Elsie Louise 'Lissa' Smith

SMITH, Elsie Louise "Lissa" (Smitty) At the Hotel Dieu Hospital, on Friday, March 28th, 2003 at the age of 49. Beloved wife of Greg. Loving mother of Jordin (Laryssa), and Travis. Dear sister of Francis (Doug) Safarik of Vancouver, B.C., Vici (Ron) Dunk of Ridgeville. Daughter-in-law of Reg and Margaret. Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Elsie Wyatt. Lissa will be sadly missed by her nieces & nephews Sean, Cherish, Jennifer, Matt, Erin, Lindsay, Bradley, Jocelyn, Jesse, Jacyln, Tara, Chelsea, Grant, Clayton, Dylan, and her loved pets Pepper & Candy. Special thanks to Dr. Finlay and the staff at the Hotel Dieu Hospital. Lissa is resting at the George Darte funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. until Wednesday at 10:30am. Funeral Service to celebrate her life will be held in St. John's Anglican Church, Jordan on Wednesday at 11:00am. Interment at St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery to follow. The family will receive friends on Monday & Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. If so desired donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
