Obituary of Michael Kozel

KOZEL, Michael- It is with great sadness that the family announces Michael's passing at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday, May 8th, 2011 at the age of 85. Michael has left us to join his late wife Phyllis (July 2010). Loving father of Robert (Oksana) Kozel of Winnipeg, Donna (Dan) Girotti and Kenneth Kozel of Victoria, B.C. Cherished grandfather of Yari, Olena, Emily and Sarah. Brother of George (Dorothy) Kozel of Montreal. Michael was a veteran of WW II and a former member of the St. Catharines Rowing Club Alumni. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL; 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Sunday May 15th from 7p.m.-9p.m. Panachyda will take place on Sunday at 7:30p.m. in the funeral home. A Private Graveside Service will take place. Memorial donations to the M.S. Society of Canada would be appreciated.
