Obituary of Myrtle Peabody

Peabody, Myrtle Peacefully on Friday, February 21, 2003 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, in her 87th year. Loving wife of the late Lorne Peabody (1963). Beloved mother of John (Jean), Roy (Bernice), Robert (Ann), and Pat (Elaine). Predeceased by her son Freddie (1947) and sisters Florence and Betty. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Vincent, John, Glen, Lawrence, Tamara, Tim, Christopher, Mark, Sara, David, Lori, and by her 16 great grandchildren. Mrs. Peabody is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., until Tuesday where a funeral service to celebrate her life will be held in the chapel at 1pm. Interment will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday 7-9pm.
