Obituary of Simon Seguin

SEGUIN SIMON On Sunday February 2, 2003, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, at 85 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Lilianne Seguin for 45 years. Loving father of Michel and Barbara Seguin, Peter and Deborah Seguin, Nicole and Kevin Switzer, Suzanne and Mark Westera. Dear grandpa of Amanda, Alanna, Katrina, Wesley, Danielle and Breanne. Dear brother of Simone Lavigne and Fleurette Bourgon. Simon was a veteran of WW11. He was an employee of the St. Lawrence Seaway as Bridgemaster until retirment in 1979. Mr. Seguin is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Thursday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 11:00AM. Cremation to follow. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 7-9 pm. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:30pm. Memorial remembrances to the Autism Society would be appreciated by the family. The family wish to extend a hearfelt thank you to Linda and Barb for their care and friendship over the past few years.
