Obituary of Doris Fischer

FISCHER DORIS (Pylatiuk) On Thursday January 9, 2003 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, at 71 years of age. Beloved wife of Nick Fischer. Loving mother of Dana (Raymond) Romanish and Terry (Nancy) Kozemchuk. Cherished Baba of Adrian and Ulana. Also missed by Nick's daughter Monika (Don) Gins and family. Doris will be lovingly remembered by, her many brothers, sisters, their families and friends. Doris was born in Saskatchewan. She spent many years in Sudbury with her late husband Terry Kozemchuk. she was an active member of St. John Ukrainain Catholic Church and Past President of the Ukrainian Women's Organization of Sudbury. Mrs. Fischer is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. John Ukrainian Catholic Church at 11:00am. Cremation to follow. Panachyda will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 7:00pm. Visiting hours are Sunday 7-9pm and Monday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to St. John Ukrainian Catholic Church or Hotel Dieu Hospital Oncology Clinic would be appreciated by the family
