Trent was the type of guy who could always make u feel welcome. I've known him for a long time and we shared many good times together. He could always make you laugh no matter how u were feeling and he did more for his friends than he probably ever knew. He will never be forgotten and will be in our hearts forever. May he rest in peace. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family and his friends.

We are very sorry to hear about Trent's Death. It is such a tragic thing and we are keeping you in our prayers and heart at this time.
We only knew Trent for about a year, when we were at ND from Australia. In that time he made us feel welcome and always said hello or something funny to us in the hall ways. He will be greatly missed.
I know he is watching over us at the moment, and we keep him and you in our prayers.

Dear Richardson Family, i am in OAC at Notre Dame and unfortunately i did not have the opportunity to get to know Trent personally, only from the Halls at school or students council. Although, whenever i saw Trent, he always had a smile on his face. He was the friend of some of my friends and i would just like you to know that Trent as well as your familly is in prays now and forever. I am sure that i can speak on behalf of Trent's friends as well as classmates that we will carry Trent in our hearts forever. Once again, i just wanted you to know that Trent is in my prayers and that his smile touched my heart every time!

Mr. & Mrs. Richardson, Tiff & Trista,
I am terribly sorry for your loss. It was such a sudden and traggic loss. I will never forget Trent, as I know you will not either. He was a great friend in the 5 years I've known him, and he will continue to be in my thoughts. It will definitly be an emotional part of my graduating class to not have Trent there, but we will always have him with us in spirit.
Trent always knew how to bring out the best in everyone and every situation he was in. He will live on, not just in your lives, but in the lives of his many friends, and especially the Notre Dame graduating class of 2003.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this time.
TIFF: My brother, Steve Hale, is also thinking about you and your family. He wishes he was able to be there with me and the funeral, but has been extremely busy with school and balancing 2 jobs.
Stay strong and remember, Trent may not be here in person, but he will always be here in spirit and love. God Bless you all.

To Jim and family - I wish to offer my sincere condolences as you grieve the death of your son and brother, Trent.
Thirty years ago, Jim was President and I was Vice President of Student Council at Denis Morris. It was always a pleasure to associate with Jim and I have many fond memories of our working together. Though I have lived in Grand Rapids, Michigan for over 20 years, I return to the area a few times a year. I maintain contact with Fran DeRose, who called me Monday night. Know that I feel deeply for your loss and will pray often that you are blessed with the courage and strength to deal with the heartache. Please take good care of each other. Know, too, that a multitude of people are here for you now and will continue to be available any time in the future.
