Dear Laurie and Dan,
I was so sorry to read about your father's death in the Citizen late last week. We were talking about you Laurie at our Christmas party on Friday evening wondering when you would be home. I have been trying to send this message since Saturday but had some difficulty, however when I e-mailed the Dante Funeral Chapel, they responded. I am leaving for Edmonton for two weeks very early tomorrow morning. My husband and I are going west to do some things for my parents - like paint the bathroom. All of our boys have plans so it is a good year to go home to take care of them. I am sorry I won't get to see you before Christmas to speak with you in person, but you know my thoughts are with you.
