Obituary of Giuseppe Colaneri

"Our lives are but an advent of waiting and longing for you, O Lord, My God" COLANERI GIUSEPPE (Joe) During his advent he patiently accepted the will of God just as he didin his daily life. His family journeyed with him as he walked in God's time of Grace. On Decemeber 13th, 2002 in his 76th year, predeceased by his wife Maria (1992). Cherished father of Mike and his wife Angie; Nick and his wife Betty; forever in the hearts of his grandchildren, Tara Michael, Nicholas and Christopher. Tenderly remembered by his brother, Fortunato and his sisters, Giovannina, Carmela, Angelina and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Colaneri is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday at 9:00am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfred's Church at 9:30am. Rite of committal will be at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens in Fonthill. Vigil prayers will take place at the funeral home on Monday at 3:00pm. Visiting hours are Sunday 7-9 and Monday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to the Hotel Dieu Hospital Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family. "Time to say goodbye. Con te partiro"
