Obituary of John Jr. Shach

Shach, John Jr. Tragically on Friday Nov. 29, 2002 at the Hamilton General Hospital. Beloved son of Vera and the late John, dear brother of Maria (Roman) Korda of St. Catharines, Stefan (Donna) of Toronto , dear uncle of Nina, Orin, Olexander and Stefa. John is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., until Tuesday at 10 a.m. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Rite of Committal will be held at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday 7-9 p.m. Panachyda in the funeral home Monday at 7 p.m. Memorial remembrances to the Burn Unit of the Hamilton General Hospital or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. John's family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Hamilton General Hospital Burn Unit for their efforts and compassion in treating our John.
