MURRAY, Cecilia (nee Canning) After a lengthy illness on Tuesday, November 5, 2002 at Hotel Dieu Hospital. Cecilia Murray 81 years of age; beloved wife of Nial Murray for 53 years, loving mother to; son Michael, his wife Carol and their children Patrick, Andrea, John, Peter, Ian, and granddaughter Aili; son Niall, his wife Megan and their children Thomas, Julia and Suzanna; to daughter Mary Kooyman, her husband William and their children Liam and Katelin, to son Daniel (deceased), to son Sean, his wife Alison and children Anna, Laura and Daniel, to son Kevin and wife Joan, to son Joseph and his wife Kim and their children Sean, Tara and Briana, beloved sister of Anna Canning (deceased) and Margaret McKeague and her children Margaret Anne, Hugh, George, John, Cecilia and Bernadette and their families. Mrs. Murray was a member of Queen of the Angels Oratory and the Legion of Mary. Mrs. Murray is resting at the George Darte North Chapel, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines until Friday at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Queen of the Angels Oratory at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal in Capital Memorial Gardens, Ottawa on Monday, November 11, 2002 at 11 a.m. Visiting Hours Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Rosary will be celebrated in the funeral home on Thursday at 8 p.m. Visiting Hours at Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Road, Ottawa on Sunday, November 10, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Kidney Foundation.
