Mitchell Sandra Lucille: Peacefully on November 23,2003 at the Shaver Hospital. In her 55th year. Sandy beloved mother of Tammy(Chris),grandmother of Paige. Loving daughter of Captain George and Phylis Mitchell. Dear sister of Bob(Verna),Judy(Bill),Sharon(Shel)Laura(Randy). Also survived by nieces Melissa,Madeline,Shelley.Predeceased by father Victor Smith(1958).Sandy is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL 585 Carlton St. Visitation on Wednesday morning from 11 am to 1pm. A funeral Service will take place in the chapel at 1pm.Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated .
