Obituary of Stephen Lindsay Souter

Souter Stephen Lindsay peacefully on Wed. Nov. 19, 2003 at the Shaver Hospital after a lengthy illness. Stephen Souter 41 years of age with his parents Betty-Lou and Ken at his side, dear brother of Greg and Krista, loving uncle of Alison and Brendan. Steve will be deeply missed by his aunt and uncle Barbara and Geoff Bowen, cousins Julie and Ian, Christopher and the extended Samways Family. Steve will be fondly remembered by his many friends and colleagues at Community Care, Toronto, Montreal, especially his dear friend Sophie. The family would like to thank Dr. Michelle Samways, Marcia and Carolyn at McMaster Hospital, Drs. Smaill, Sharma, Geffen and Harb as well as the entire staff of 2 West of the Shaver Hospital for their kindness and compassion. Steve's creative genius will be missed by all!Stephen is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel 585 Carlton St. until a Celebration of Stephen's Life will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Cremation has taken place. The family will look forward to seeing their friends at the funeral home on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.Memorial remembrances to the Stephen Souter Memorial Fund c/o the Niagara Community Foundation 17 Queen St., St. Catharines, Ont., L2R 5G4 would be appreciated by the family.
