Obituary of Linda Diane Hamilton

HAMILTON, Linda (nee Wilson) Passed away peacefully and while surrounded by her loving family on May 18th at Hospice Niagara at the age of 62. Much loved and always remembered wife for 38 years of John and cherished mother of Carrie Hamilton and Jamie Hamilton and his wife Pamela. Beloved Grandma of Grace Hamilton. Also survived and missed by her mother Audrey Wilson, brother David and his wife Pam. Predeceased by her father John (1982), her brother Russell (2010) and brother in law Jim MacDonald (2005). She will be missed by her brother in law Michael Hamilton and his wife Joanne, sister in law Diane MacDonald and her many nieces, nephews and friends. Linda's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, on Friday, May 20th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, May 21st at 11am. In accordance with her wishes, cremation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
