Devoted mother of Helen Penor(Dave),Lana Agro(Mark),Joe(Barb),Michael(Debbie), Lorraine Steele(Albert)and Ron(Jessica).Dear Gran of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ethel is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL 585 Carlton St. until Thursday morning . Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 7-9 pm . A Funeral Service will take place in The Chapel on Thursday at 11:00am. Donations to Extendicare St. Catharines would be appreciated by the family .
