Dear Marjan, Yvonne, Jacquie and Michelle,
I just learned today that your Dad had passed away. I am so sorry. He was a great friend, and while I never met Jan in person, we exchanged many an email message over the years, to begin with strictly 'genalogy business', but in recent years also personal messages.
Jan always came across as a pleasant person and to be fun to be with, and I am sure he will leave a huge empty place for you.
I wish all of you much strength as you learn to live without your father and friend.
