Obituary of Pasquale Pennetta

Pennetta Pasquale : With his loving family by his side,on September 10, 2003 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, in his 72nd year, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Francesca(Damiano).Loving father of Michelina, Rosa(Claudio)Tumini and Joanne. Cherished Nonno of Serafina and Angelo Procopio and Frances and Giuseppe Tumini.Dear brother of Gaetano(Anna), Giuseppe Antonio and Giuseppina of Italy. Sadly missed by brother-in-law Frank & Giuseppina Siconolfi, Domenic & Lina Damiano, Pietro Damiano and Antonio & Nicolina Damiano. He will be fondly remembered by nieces and nephews in Canada ,the United States and Italy. Pasquale is predeceased by his parents Giovanni and Michelina, his brother Bartelomeo and his parents-in-law Antonio& Rosa Damiano. Pasquale's quiet strength,determination,wisdom and love for his family will be missed by all those fortunate to know him ."O let us talk of quiet that we know, that we can know, the deep and lovely quiet of a strong heart at peace." The family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL , 585 Carlton St. on Thursday 7-9 PM and 2-4 &7-9 PM on Friday. Vigil prayers will be held on Friday evening at 7:30 PM . A Funeral Liturgy will take place on Saturday at The Cathedral of St.Catherine of Alexandria at 9:30AM ,Entombment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens . In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Moore 2 Palliative Care Unit of the St.Catharines General Hospital would be appreciated by the family .
