Obituary of William (Bill) Phelan

PHELAN, William (Bill) Died peacefully on September 2, 2003 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Survived by his children Mike (Ginette), Paul (D'Lice) and their mother Grace, and Maggie,and her mother Marilyn. Stepfather of Jimmy and Erin. Grandfather of Denise, David and Ceili. Uncle of Maureen (Michael), Susan (Bob), Kathleen (Les), Tricia (Trevor), Elizabeth, John, Jim, Bill, Tom and Sean. Brother of Betty (Clifford), Clare (Ann), Ann Marie and Lawrence. Predeceased by his parents Mary Elizabeth and John Patrick. William is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Denis Church on Friday at 12:00pm. Rite of committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Friday 10:00am-12:00pm. Memorial remembrances to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
