Obituary of Mae Gibson (Klassen)

GIBSON MAE (Klassen) On Tuesday July 22, 2003 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at 68 years of age. Loved daughter of Marjorie and the late Robert Irwin. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Klassen (1997) and John Gibson (2000). Loving mother of Sandy (Peter) Motz, Kathy (John) May, Bill (Cheryl) Klassen and Terry (Lori) Klassen. Cherished grandmother of Jodi, Becky, Kerri and Ian Young, Amanda, Katie, Joe, Jake, Nic and Taylor. Dear sister of Bill (Elizabeth ) Irwin, Audrey (Bruce) Bryson, David (Elaine) Irwin, Ron (Pat) Irwin and Sandy (Bill) Trojan. Special friend of Gene Bartholamew. Predeceased by her sister Joan. Mae will be lovingly remembered by her many family and friends. Mae was a member of the Port Dalhousie Legion and Port Dalhousie Seniors. Mrs. Gibson is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. where a service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday at 10:00am. Interment in Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery. Visiting hours are Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to the Hotel Dieu Oncology Clinic or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
