Obituary of Mildred Chernoski

Chernoski Mildred : Peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 12 ,2003 ,at the Hotel Dieu Hospital.Mildred 85 years of age .Devoted wife of William ,predeceased in 1990 .Loving mother of Michael (Sharon) ,Ann (Paul) Neprily, Lillian (Jim) Murphy, Linda Stull ,Edward (Joanne) and Deborah. Mildred is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great -grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the oncology department and the nursing staff on the 3rd floor of the Hotel Dieu , also to Dr.Chauhan , Dr. Hughes and their staff. Thanks also to the girls in the Lab at the Pelham Road Medical Centre.At her request a private family visitation will take place at THE GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL 585 Carlton St. on Monday from 7-9 pm ,A private celebration of Mildred's life will take place in the Chapel on Tuesday July 15 . In lieu of flowers donations to Hotel Dieu Oncology Department would be appreciated by the family.
