Obituary of Frederick Herbert Hill

HILL, Frederick Herbert Suddenly, on Tuesday July 8, 2003 at the Niagara Arms Retirement Home at 91 years of age. Predeceased by his loving wife Simone. Survived by his children Laura (Briar) Foster, May Conder and special friend Joe Carey, Albert (Elvena) Hill, and Allen Hill; and special niece Denise Moberly. He will be sadly missed by his 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Also survived by his brother Charles, and his sisters Gladys and Winnie. Fred is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Friday at 1:00pm, where a service to celebrate his life will be held in the chapel. Interment in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. Visiting hours are Thursday 7-9pm, and Friday 11:00 - 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
