Obituary of Agnes McLean

McLean, Agnes (Nessie) With her daughter and friend, Cindy, by her side, on Wednesday June 25, 2003 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in her 90th year. Loving wife of the late John Maxwell McLean and the late Hans Dahlke. Beloved mother of Jim (Rose Mary) and Cindy (Tony Romanin). Cherished grandmother of six, and great-grandmother of six. Survived by her sister Frances Buchwitz, and nieces and nephews. Nessie came to Canada as a young girl with her family, and lived most of her life in St. Catharines. Nessie is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., until Saturday at 9:30am, where a service to celebrate her life will be held in the chapel. Interment in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. Visiting hours are Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to Tender Wishes Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
