Obituary of Anastasia Stefanchuk

Stefanchuk, Anastasia (nee: Zakaluk) Peacefully with her family at her side on Friday, June 20, 2003 at Shaver Hospital. Anastasia Stefanchuk 96 years of age. Wife of the late Anton, loving mother of Steve and the late Joyce Stefanchuk, Jean and Vic Valcoff, dear Baba of Linda and Larry LeLiever, Paul and Lucy Stefanchuk, Lorna and Zoran Zilic, Victor and Louise Valcoff, great Baba of Amanda and Gregory LeLiever, Samantha, Vanessa and Anthony Zilic and Kevin Stefanchuk. Mrs. Stefanchuk was a member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ukrainian Catholic Women's League of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church and a member of Myrhorod Seniors Club. Mrs. Stefanchuk is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. until Monday at 10:30 a.m. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church at 11 a.m. with Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting Hours Saturday 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Panachyda will be celebrated in the funeral home on Sunday 7:30 p.m. Memorial Remembrances to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
