Obituary of Peter Mitchell Grant

GRANT,Dr. Peter Mitchell†� On Wednesday, June 18, 2003, as the result of an automobile accident on Monday, June 16th. Dr. Grant in his 74th year. Loving husband of the late Robina (August 2002). Devoted father of Sarah and Jeff Dangl of Chapel Hill, N.C., Julia of Toronto, Robert and Cindy of Victoria, B.C., Andrew and Carolyn Clark of Ottawa. Dear grandaddy of Rachael, Emma, Elizabeth and Katie. Brother of Margaret and Dorothy. Dr. Grant was a long time member of the staff at St. Catharines General Hospital,the Niagara Mental Health Association,the Torch Club and the Rotary Club. Also, a long time Elder of Mountainview United Church. Dr. Grant's family will receive friends and visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Dr. Grant's life will be held in Mountainview United Church at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Cremation has taken place . Memorial Remembrances made to the Gateway Residence of Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
