CHUCK ANTHONY A. At the Hotel Dieu Hospital on May 14, 2003, in his 78th year. Predeacesed by his wife Angela. Loving father of his only child Christine and her husband Scott Brettell. Proud grandfather of little Jacob Brettell. Survived by his broither Sam and sister Martha. Predeceased by his parents and his brothers Andy and Jon. Mr. Chuck is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday at 9:00am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfreds Church at 9:30am. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 3:00pm. Visiting hours are Monday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foiundation, the Kidney Foundation or the Brain Injury Society would be appreciated by the family.Many thanks to the wonderful staff at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, of the 3C Palliative Care Unit.
