Obituary of Paula McIntosh

McINTOSH PAULA Peacefully, on Monday April 28, 2003 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, at 43 years of age. Beloved wife of Mark. Loving mother of Matthew and Shannon. Cherished daughter of Joyce and Ben Libassi. Dear sister of Michael ((Chris) Libassi and Lynn (Steve) Attwood. Dear daughter in law of Barbara McIntosh. Dear sister in law of Robert (Carol) McIntosh, Chris (Virginia) McIntosh and Lisa McIntosh ( John Costello). Paula will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Paula was employed for 15 years at Versa Care Home for the Aged, where she developed many friendships. Paula is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. where a service to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday at 11:00am. Cremation to follow. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to the Hotel Dieu Oncology Clinic would be appreciated by the family.
