My deepest sympathies in the passing of your husband, father and grandfather.
I used to work for the Niagara Regional Police from 1976 to 1981 in the Records Department. I was a member of D Platoon and Sergeant Gamble was on my platoon. He was a really nice person to know and to work with.

Dear Shirley, Judie & family:
I know I saw you Shirley at the funeral home, but there were so many people waiting to talk to you that I did not spend enough time with you. I just want to tell you how very sorry we are. Fred will really be missed, he was such a happy, friendly man.
Bruce was unable to come with me, and I was busy with Meals on Wheels for the day of the actual funeral.
I wanted to send you a card, but I don't know your new address.
Please keep in touch, and if you need a ride anywhere, please feel free to give me a call, we are not too far away.
Love Barb & Bruce

Dear Judie You may or may not remember me from our childhood days on Dufferin Street, but I never fail to remember you each time I pass your old house. I will always remember your father and mother sitting out on the front porch each time I rode by on my bike. Accept my sincere condolences on your loss and if you have access to a computer please keep in touch and I will say a prayer for your family tonight. cindy
p.s. maybe to refresh your memory I was the girl with the pigtails who lived next door to Karen Sherk. I have been living in Calgary for the last 25 years. My love to your Mom and the rest of your family.

We are really sorry to hear of your loss.
I'm sure you've heard over the past days how he was such a great guy & police officer. We wanted you to know we feel the same way. Sorry we couldn't make it in person to say so. He will be missed.
