Obituary of Adelaide Costantini
Costantini, Adelaide (nee Mancinelli) born in Silvi, Italy came peacefully into God's hands, Sunday May 9, 2004 at Henley House at age 87. Predeceased by her husband Giovanni, brothers Orlando and Aldo (Italy). Survived by her brother Francesco Mancinelli (Toronto) and sister Anna Francani (Argentina). Loving mother to Maria Vittoria (Giovanni), Giancarlo (Lorna) and Roberto (Chris). Cherished Grandmother to Marilu (Pat) D'Amore, Pina (Chris) Taraba, Anna (John) Sheridan, Andrea, Carlo, Lelia, Irene, Sara and Dan. Special Great Grandmother to Sidney, Meaghan, Carson, Erica, Spencer, Joshua and Isabella. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews in Italy.
Adelaide was longtime faithful member of St. Alfred's Church. Special thanks to the staff at Henley House for their kind, caring and respectful support for this wonderful Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Mrs. Costantini is at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Wednesday, May 12th at 11:30 am. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church at 12:00pm. Rite of entombment will held at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers will be at the funeral home on Tuesday at 3:00pm. Visitation Monday 7-9pm and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Niagara Peninsula Children's Centre or to a Charity of your choice.
