Obituary of Henry Bulteel IV Williams

Williams Henry Bulteel IV (Hank) Died peacefully, at Linhaven Home, on Thursday March 11, 2004. Born March 3rd, 1916. Predeceased by his loving wife Margaret, on August 20, 2000, after 60 years of marriage. Survived by three children, Judy and husband Ralph D'Antonio, Sandra and husband Bob Channell, Henry B. Williams V (Rusty) and wife Karen. Five grandchildren, Melissa and husband Joseph Roma, Morgan D'Antonio (Amsterdam), Jessica and Christopher Crawford, Cody Channell and one great grandson Sammy Roma. Predeceased by his brother Arthur Williams of Brampton and parents Ada and Henry Williams of Vineland. Hank served in WW11 and returned home to open Page and Williams Furniture, later known as H.B. Williams Furniture and Appliances in Vineland, until his retirement in 1982. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus, and during his tenure as President, the Local Council won the award as best Council in Ontario. At various times he was a member and head usher at St. Catherine Cathedral and St. Julia's Church. At the time of his death he was living at Linhaven Home. Thanks to the staff for their kindness, care and good counsel. Mr. Williams is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Saturday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Julia's Church, on Glenridge Ave. at 11:00am. with cremation to follow. Vigil prayers for the deceased will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 2:30pm. Visiting hours are Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to the Alzhiemer's Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. We will all miss his gentleness and good example of a Christian life, the sound of his giggle and his smiling face.
