Obituary of Maria Capacchione

CAPACCHIONE, MARIA On Sunday February 29, 2004, at the Hamilton General Hospital, at 66 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Natalino (2003). Dear mother of Luciano (Mary), Liliana Heil, and Edward (Charlene). Cherished grandfather of Christopher, Craig, Jamie, Jacob and Sabrina. Dear sister of the late Carmine and Ersilia Costantini, Italia and the late Frank Perilli, Alfonso and Maria Costantini, Antonietta and the late Danino Francescone, Ferdinando and Filomena Costantini, Carina and Venanzio Colantoni, Madalena and Venanzio Colangeli and sister in law Lidia DeSimone and the late Benito Capicchione. Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, both in Canada and in Italy. Predeceased by her parents Valentino and Serafina Costantini. Maria was a member of Club Roma's Women's Auxilliary and Seniors Group. Mrs. Capacchione is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Wednesday at 12:30. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church at 1:00pm. Rite of committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Vigil prayers for the deceased will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 3:00pm. Memorial remembrances to the Hotel Dieu Building Fund or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
