We have just today received the news about Jo-Anne.
We did not know Jo-Anne very well, but on the few occassions that we did meet her and spend time with her, we always loved her company. She was most certainly a very fun loving and a most pleasant woman to know. We are so sorry to her family for their loss.

My sincerest wishes for you to hold love and brightness in your hearts through this difficult time. There are never the right words to say or hear during this time. However, Jo-Anne will be remembered and missed by many both from a personal and work perspective. Her kind heart touched everyone she met and I am pleased to have known her. A story recently sent to me included a family mantra as below:
I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final good-bye.
Jo-Anne gave more. My thoughts are with you all on this day.
Sincerely,
Carolynn

Uncle Ralph, Tony, Marcie and Nick:
Only a few days ago, on a beautiful winter morning, our families discussed the difficulties and trials that confront us. We agreed that it is ultimately our attitude that determines the effect of the hurt and that indescribable void left in our lives when someone we love so much leaves. May the many memories you share comfort you until you meet again...Thank you for making me feel so loved and welcomed into the Sabourin family...I'll never forget the day I met Jo-Anne...

Jo-Anne was a class act in the relocation industry. She was the consummate professional with a wicked sense of humour. She was passionate about those she loved. We often commiserated with each other about being "hockey moms", and yet we also always acknowledged that we wouldn't have missed it for the world. The world is a better place because of Jo-Anne . From her friends and colleagues at Prudential , she will be missed. Our heartfelt sympathies to her family, her friends and her relocation family at All Points.

Dear Tony and Marcie,
Sending our heartfelt condolences as you say goodbye to your mom (and mom-in-law). We only met her once, but certainly felt her warmth and friendliness shine through. Unfortunately, neither of us will be able to attend the visitation or service, though we very much wanted to. Know that our thoughts will be with you on that day and for the difficult months ahead. We are just a phone call away if we can help out at all.
Much love and hugs,

My deepest sympathy to all of you, and I ask God to give you the strength and patience to get threw this most difficult time.
Joanne will be missed by many people as she touched all of hearts in different ways, as she did mine. I will always remember Joanne's laughter as it was so unique and real. I always admired Joanne from the time I was a young girl, as I met her when I was 13 years old. Joanne was such a intelligent person and always could bounce back from anything life handed her, however this time it was Gods decision to take her to a better place. She is out of pain and is finally at peace.
May God Bless you all,

I'm so sorry for the sadness that is left behind with your loss. I know you were so hoping to have an awesome wedding first. Sometimes it is beyond our knowing the reasons why some things happen. That is when we have to rely on God's comfort and strength. May you be surrounded by his love and the love of others during this time. Thomas May said "Death sets the soul at liberty to fly".
