Obituary of Rosemarie Schwarz

SCHWARZ, Rosemarie (Pfeifer) With her family and friends by her side Rosemarie has gone to be with her Lord and Savior on February 20, 2004 in her 40th year. She leaves behind to mourn, her husband and best friend Arnold Schwarz, and two wonderful boys, Lucas Timothy (16) and Jason David (15), both at home. Also mourning her passing, her mother Josephine Pfeifer, sister Frances Longo (Brian), brother Joseph Pfeifer (Janet), in-laws Adolf and Ursula Schwarz, sister-in-laws Karin Jeske (Heinz), Erika Dahl (Manfred), Louise Klammer (Herbert), Anita Carter (Dean), Ursula Kopeschny (Steve), Anna McBennett (Craig) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Rosemarie was predeceased by her father, Frank Pfeifer, in 1968. Forever friends Harold and Silvia Witt who walked life's journeys through good and difficult times, sickness and health, whose reward will come from our Lord. Rosemarie fought a two year courageous battle with cancer. Special heartfelt thanks to Dr. Giesbrecht, Dr. Hartman, Glenda, Ann and nurses in the Hotel Dieu Oncology ward for your professionalism practiced with tremendous love, kindness and grace. You made a very difficult journey for Rose and her family more bearable. God bless you all!Rosemarie was a member of Harbour Fellowship Church. Funeral visitation will be on Monday, February 23, 2:00-4:00p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines Service will be held at Harbour Fellowship Church, 51 South Service Road on Tuesday, February 24 at 11:00am. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow service. Family and friends are all invited to Harbour Fellowship Church after interment for refreshments and to celebrate Rosemarie's life. Donations may be given to the Starlight Children's Foundation in lieu of flowers.
