Obituary of Joseph Stanley Wolkowski

Wolkowski Joseph Stanley - After a short illness on Friday Jan. 2, 2004 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Joseph in his 85th year was husband of the late Stella. Beloved father of the late Joseph Jr. and Gene of St. St. Catharines. Dear father-in-law of Diane of Hamilton and Shannon of St. Catharines. Loving Gigi of Stephanie, Lexi and Ana. Dear brother of Helen Olexiuk of Hamilton and the late John, Frank, Stan, Anthony and Stella. Brother-in-law of Vera and Mary Wolkowski and several nieces and nephews. Joseph was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration, St. Catharines Golf and Country Club and the Royal Canadian Legion Merritton Br # 138. Joseph is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. until Monday at 10:30 a.m. A funeral ceremony to celebrate Joseph's life will be held in the Church of the Transfiguration at 11 a.m. Cremation. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Memorial remembrances to Community Care would be appreciated by the family.
