Obituary of Guy Yvon Holmes

Holmes, Guy Yvon Passed away suddenly on Saturday December 13, 2003 at the St. Cathairnes General Hospital in his 68th year. Beloved husband of Micheline Holmes. Loving father of Guy (Mary), Corinne (Dan), Maurice (Kim), and Jim (Janet). Grandfather to Ryan, Christian, Kira, Chris, Randy, Alicia and Devin. Brother to Emile, Claude, Estelle, and Victor. Predeceased by mom and dad Irene and David Holmes, sisters Rita, Marie, Reine, Dolores, Anita, and brothers Ronald and John. Survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He was a long standing member of the CAW, and retired employee of General Motors. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Friday from 10:00 - 11:30am, where a service to celebrate his life will follow in the chapel. Rite of committal in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Make a Wish Foundation or Mobius Syndrome Association would be appreciated by the family.
