Obituary of Fred Fransis Baker

Baker, Fred Fransis It is with sadness we announce the passing of Fred after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, November 10, 2004. He passed away peacefully at his home with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Ziemianin), loving father of Denise and Lee, dear son of Julie and the late Frank Sr. and Jean and the late Emil Ziemianin, dear brother-in-law of Alan (Bridgette) Ziemianin, Ted (Tia) Ziemianin, Stan and the late Irene Socha, dear brother of Frank Jr. Baker, Roger Baker, Debbie (Kevin) Gleason, survived by many nieces and nephews. Fred had worked as an elevator mechanic for Brock Elevator for many years .Fred is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. where a service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with cremation to follow. Visiting Hours Friday 7-9 p.m. Memorial Remembrances to Hotel Dieu Oncology Department or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
