Obituary of Charles Brotherston

Brotherston, Charlie Passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Monday October 25th while surrounded by his loving family.He is survived by his devoted wife Doreen, his two sons Charles and Thomas, his daughter-in-law Pamela, and his granddaughter Isabella. He will be dearly missed by his mother Kate and his siblings Rita, Peter, Jimmy, Tommy, Cathie, Billy, Jackie, Mary and Jean and their families. Predeceased by his father Charlie. He will also be missed by James, Margaret, Betty , Anne-Marie and their families. Charlie is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street where his family will receive visitors on Thursday, October 28th from 7pm-9pm. A service to celebrate his life will take place on Friday, October 29th at 1:30pm in the Chapel with Canon Gord Kinkley officiating. The family requests in lieu of flowers a donation be made to a charity of one's choice. Because God knew your work was o'er, Your children taught and grown, He called on you to come and dwell, Where no more work is done. Where the golden sun doth set, And the sky's forever blue, It's there we hope in God's good time to meet again with you.
